Freelancer Support Team does not answer vía E-mail
It's been almost a month since I asked for Support to the Freelancer Support Team and they don't ever get back to me.
We were issuing a refund a "apparently" they understood my case and would proceed since I am a long time Freelancer and Employer, but know they do not get back to me anymore.
Anybody knows what should I do in this case??? Thank you!
