Review means you had finished the project with high quality(besides the bad reviews which is for bad working); so to get review, you have to get the 1st project.
Well, how to get the 1st project? This question will happen for all the new freelancers.
Don't worry; once your bid is correct based on knowledge and conviction, you will get it.
1. Correct bid.
2. Talent telling to client for showing you power and experiences.

As for reviews, you need to ask the employer to rate you after successful completion of a project. You can also review them if you end the project yourself then ask them to rate you too.You then have to rate them back for the review to be visible to your profile.

Past work Past work Past work, You have to own what to prove that you are good, so you can do this by Participate in contest, do others' job task even you aren't awarded, it isn't easy but it's worth it, there is another tip too, it's to make the small part of the client project and tell him what you have done in your proposal and you can send it to him or tell him to chat with you so you could have more chance to win the project.

As Irfan said - you want to bid low, to increase your chances of getting awarded. Once you've received a couple of good reviews, then you can gradually increase your bid amounts to reflect your experience. One other thing I would say - make sure you fill in the proposal by indicating your skill and suitability for the specific project in question. No copy paste! Good luck
