How to resolve a dispute from a closed account?
Okay, so I was awarded a project, the milestone was created. However, due to some reasons I had to close my account. Note that the milestone was never released. I could not communicate the closure of my account to the client in time (this was a fault of mine). Now the client filed a dispute against me. Note that I have not taken a single cent. I am also unable to respond to the dispute because my account is closed. The support guys are not responsive. What to do now?
