Contest Brief
Dear designers!
The task is to redesign the existing logo and to work out a new logo for a new branch
connected with the main business.
The short background.
Our organization was initially only foreign languages school but in 10 years it has grown 12 times bigger
and new branches have appeared.

The first task is to redesign the existing logo Elite Class.
The existing logo was drawn by me (the owner) (I am an amateur in design) in 2005, the the butterfly was added (it was firstly found somewhere on the Net and then upgraded by a designer).
What is needed: do not generally change the idea, only give it a solid uptodate look.
Probably change the red colour for the less aggressive, or maybe make the “i”dot round, or do something with the butterfly – it is too multicoloured to my taste.
May be you will have some suggesttions to correct the form and the colour.
At the moment our organization is stepping up to the federal level, so it is necessary to translate
the modern trend.
The motto is «Ребенок, готовый к жизни!» ‘A child ready for life’
We use the Century Gothic font but we are open to everything new which make the visualization better.
The Positioning:
Our Centre is the founder of the Golden Standard in service and teaching in commercial education for kids and teenagers.
The difference you feel immediately as you enter.
What is desired: special aesthetics. Very beautiful and simple.
The second task is to create a logo for a kids club “Elite club” (1-7 years, learning and fun)
It should be conceptually somehow connected with the “Elite Class”, but not copy it.
The motto is the same.

- Against the white background
- Invertion
- Monochrome
- Black and white
- Brand block: logo+motto
- No gradient
- The colour scheme with numbers in palette – main colours+derivatives.

And also some changes in the concept have been inruduced - what I mean is now a fund was founded, for its logo there will be a separate contest soon. I see your point, stojicicsrdjan. It's a pity, thank you for your ideas and we really liked your colour scheme. In my humble opinion, it's not reasonable to give up in such a way, no matter what the others do, if you can better and more original, you can show it with your works, if you like. For the foreign languages schoo(for the age 7-16) we actually like the existing logo (enclosed), but we are asking for redesign to look more uptodate and solid. For kids club -please check up the links in the description, i tried to show the ideas i like, however feel free to create, we are open to everything beautiful and aesthetical.

Thank you for your creative suggestions, again what we actually need is two logos connected some how but not copying each other - one for kids club (educatuion and fun for kids 1-7) - Elite Club, and the other one Elite Class - foreign languages school for the age of 7-16. For kids club stars are highly desired.
