Overall this is pretty good. I would probably like to see a different font and get rid of the hearts and the spotlights. The gold isn't my favorite color, so perhaps change the color to something else or use a different boarder. I've uploaded an image of Santa hanging by a string of lights that I would like to incorporate into the logo.
