Here most important is to highlight the neighborhood's image, not texts.
The most highlighted aspect of this design is the neighborhood's image, but wrongly multiples highlighted these texts "Want to be our Neighbour"- 2 tahun yang lalu

Hi there, I think we are going to go with your design as we really like it. Is it possible to add a question mark after Neighbour? Like it should read:
"Want To Be Our Neighbour?"
Also, just to confirm, the background and Neighbour title are easily editable?- 2 tahun yang lalu
