  Thank you for the submission. I like the background. Could you please submit a version with the people icons removed? The number should also be in 'bold' and perhaps use bigger fonts for both number and letters. Please also adjust the number and text to the left of banner and include some sort of neutral logo on the right (eg. tree of life or something similar).
