A simple, yet effective change.
In order to deliver the message of SPS participating in continuous improvement, I have created a layout that is easily read from left to right. The circular logo that was once on the left has been moved closer to it's parent company logo. The left hand side now has the text "Continuous Improvement", with "Question Everything" below it. Since the main message was described as focusing on continuous improvement, it has been positioned so it is read first. Both the Continuous Improvement logo and the SPS logo have been placed near each other, and will give observers a sense of unity between both companies. In fact, the text in the SPS logo will tie these two companies together, and indicates that both groups are working toward the same cause: continuous improvement.
