Design a Logo suitable for a Seaside/Coastal Real Estate Office

Thanks for the feedback! For this entry I've redone the text and design a bit, but kept the colors and clean modern look. I've kept it to 2 colors, I know printing ads and materials can be cost prohibitive in too many colors. I kept the tree in one, and again showed two different fonts and house styles. Any feedback as to which of those you prefer would be great, and I can make any revisions necessary. Thanks again!
