Hills protection

Good afternoon! I offer you my concept. The base of car protection system is a transparent mesh of polymeric material spanned by reinforced flexible framework in the form of lattice. In the lattice sites are holes for mounting to pillars. The pillars are primary and secondary. The primary ones are fixed by a clamps under the bumpers, on the hood and trunk (by same way a deflector), on roof rails (as racks), at the wheel arches and door sills. These pillars provide a tension of mesh. Auxiliary pillar is composed of a magnetic base for attaching on metal surfaces and a damper. The purpose of it prevent mesh sagging and blanking punches falling hailstones. If you are interest of my idea I'll make a scheme and blueprints.

    The cell of mesh is 2-3 mm by a side. It's less then a hail that is threat for car. The cell of framework is 200-300 mm. The addition tension is got by magnetic pillars. I think 50-100 mm space between mesh and car is enough for protect.

    what if hail will get into the holes? You could make the mesh really fine but you would also need to apply a lot of tension to it or have enough space between the mesh and the car body.
