I need a logo designed for a new sub brand identity called "The Wealthy Lender". The Wealthy Lender is a human, and he is a very successful real estate investor, but he makes money investing in real estate in a unique way. Rather than buying the real estate, he lends other people the money they need to buy it in the form of a private mortgage. The Wealthy Lender is also the winner of the 2016 Canadian Financial Literacy Leader Award, recognizing the work he has done to teach Canadian consumers how to invest in private mortgages like him. The Wealthy Lender sells a $2,000 course to investors who want to learn how to lend safely themselves. This logo needs to bring his personality to life for use on his website and in social media as an avatar. I have had a caricature made of his human likeness which you can include in the logo. The colour scheme should include the Green in the attached image and you can choose the other colours to go with it. Navy, silver/chrome and white are good suggestions. We are trying to humanize The Wealthy Lender as much as possible and his personality is approachable, bright, open, and friendly. keep this in mind when creating your designs. He is a smart guy, but not smarter than everyone else He is classy and confident but not arrogant. His target market is 40-65 year old people who have built some wealth and are looking for a safe way to invest it so they can enjoy their later years. Keep this in mind.
