  Hmm... Nice! A few changes I would like to see though:
  
  1.) Top header bar right against top (no white space).
  2.) Top header bar a darker color.
  3.) The top background not as large. I mean, decent size, but not taking up 1/2 or more of the screen when on the page.
  4.) Use a more serious image of homes and not a cartoon type image.
  5.) I love the features part in the middle of the page. Nice job!!
  6.) Remove the photos of homes towards the bottom of the page.
  7.) Liven up the footer. It is too plain and boring now. Unattractive.
  
  Aside from these changes. Can you also make another sample with an "Order box" like in the other entry for this contest? I want to see a design with an without it. Thanks!
