Ok explanation:
Take javascript code and put it inside html document, then take css and put it in either css file or just wrap it up with style tags inside the same html document, and finally copy the html code and put it under all of that. I can make this explanation in separate tab right after the javascript tab.
I will add the powered by whoigoask.com, just now.
And for the feed number, it is not working in the preview for performance reasons, but it will work in the embedded widget.
