Dotted SVG map, version 2
Now uses http://www.freepik.com/free-vector/dotted-world-map_788342.htm (free for commercial use), Tooltipster and jQuery. Completely responsive, uses JS only for the tooltips - the map itself works completely without JavaScript.

Thanks for your reply. Let's use the one thats free for commercial use and doesn't need any attribution. You can use the colours here, as long as we will be able to change them later. Will you provide a design file?

Well, I actually think 9,99$ is a pretty reasonable price for technically 30.000 free licensed downloads without credits... ;)
But anyways, if you really don't want to pay for that and don't want to credit someone, take a look at that one: https://dribbble.com/shots/1891754-Dotted-Vector-World-Map-FIXED-ai - it's much less detailed, but I asked the author for permission and he is okay with commercial use.

Hi, according to the notice on freepik, this is only free for commercial use if we use with attribution. Can you please replace the map with the one that's okay to use commercially as we do not want to show attribution.
