Thank you for the entry. I think we will do a lot of work together, as I like the way you operate!
I have some more projects that I will be putting on shortly.
In relation to the footer;
- In what format will this be in? (As it needs to be easily inserted to "Gmail Signatures")
- We need the links to work eg if people click on telephone, email, website and so forth
- We need to be able to change the footer for other people in the company and therefor require a format for this
Below is some general information that I received from google that might be helpful:
It is true that the free Gmail account has limited ability in this area. However, in your Google Apps account, it is fully possible to use HTML encoding in your email signature, as you can see from the Google Help Center article located at
