By incorporating some imagery of france & colours & design elements reflective of france the card design has a modern/Vintage look. The name is "Respond" in french to reflect the text game of play. As for Packagin, this should be developed in a similar style but the actual box should be reflective of the paper texture in the inside of the card. and the design should have elements from the card design but more reflective of imagery of france with integration of the text bubble design of the logo.
