Hi DanyJa, thank you for your message and congrats. I think that here was no metter of "hyperrealistic" render but of aesthetics, style and organisation of space infront of entrance. As you can see I have diversity of details and materials, diferent organisation of space from you, option with terrace and with tables, two options about aranging entrance with different materials and final looking so I think now you see some differents from your proposition, which is also nice, you got 4 stars.Only thing here made in Photoshop is Logo.
as i mentioned before my design is a SKETCH not in anyway something that would be in my portfolio.. anyway in my work NOTHING is made in Photoshop.not even the label because it is projected on the material upon rendering
Ok, thanks for explanation, but you speak on other topic that I explain you. It was not metter of fantastic render, this wasnt main aim of this contest. Not matter "just rendering at 15 samples", it was architecture and design contest, try to understand, and you have to have knowledge for that.Obviousli do not understand what Im talking about. If he draw the sketch it is not aim to draw the same but to improve, in meaning of concept not polishing thing . I have done this model, as all in my portfolio in 3Dsmax,only one program that I use for 3d modeling.
Material above lights is inox, so probably lights shine on inox on render here because they are so close, but it was metter of idea and proposal of lights positions which Bioarc can put ih his real entrance in real caffe not to have fantastic render in his computer folder.
dunno on which program what software you use, but the lighting isn't physically casted and calculated its just a 2D shape of the lights. and there is no ambient occlusion or ray bouncing.. the environment is dull, i am 100% sure this isn't done in 3D modelling software it is something like autocad
For me, as an profesional architect I must say that positions of your sofas and tables are looking like they havent finish the moving in, it is unclear position and not good for entrance activities.Aesthetics of entrace door and facade is nice but good for start, not finished, there is much more space for working on it.
yea you are absolutely righti know my design isnt perfect, look realistic rendering takes TIME, and if you noticed what i wrote for him "I ONLY RENDERED WHAT HE DREW ON PAPER" if he likes it i can do an incredibly better job completing the design.. if you look closely you will see that the glass door and lightning behind it are pixelated that is because i was just rendering at 15 samples and low res, just a mockup .. but he said he will get back to me and never did.. so i left it as is.. don't wanna spend hours and least that i know is that he is privatly talking with you :P
congrats on winning the contest , but honestly thta's not realistic 3D rendering especially the lightning most of it has been added in photoshop and not casted realistically while rendering, 1 more thing the glass door perspective is wrong. at the bottom the floor and lights are infront of it... anyway good job you won and that's all that matters
