We need a design of the home page of the old website for the local government organization. The design should be modern, creative, nice, clean, stunning. In the doc file (attach of this explanation) we have explained what the client wants it. In general, the complete content is staying like (it is real content but the design should be different) is now but should be super modern, creative, nice, super modern, and TOP!
