  Cool, This is what I expect from a designer; to give importance to the project and try to do the best that is suitable rather than quickly putting up something, good work Francesco. I will consider this, can you try coming up with more ideas part from this and try a simple flat one depicting "outstanding". Thank you

  Thanks for the design. This one is better of course. The fact that it is creative is what I like, but I can you just make it more clear for me the relation between a flame and "best", otherwise it's nice and the quality is what I really liked it

     Yes, sure... So before making this design i founded with some resech on google this pharse: "The elongated shape of the flame is due to the tendency of hot gases to rise upwards". This sentence made me think about using a flame like something that show "best".

     The main part of the sentence is "rise upwards"... and something that rise upwards is something that became better. Maybe this is only my point of view, let me know...
