Hi Harvey,
Here is my 2nd draft with some touch ups:
- further clean ups on some of the color and definition
- realigned the main signboard
- light rays shines over the other 2 shops (makes A.Coomb Pet Shop more dominant)
- added some light reflections on the glasses
- darkened the two shops (less significant)
Will try to further improve it. Looking forward to receive your feedback.

Wow this is really really good. I like the way you have understood and really bought the brief to colour. Ok, here are a couple of alterations for you to make:
1. Can you use the 'Pets Corner' and 'Pets at Home' Shop signs for the front of the stores to make it really clear that they are the stores.
2. Can you use the A Coombs Pet Centre shop sign on the A Coombs Shop to show it is A Coombs.
3. Can you have some customers coming in and out of the A Coombs store with loads of bags of shopping and make the store look busy in the background.
4. Can you create a caracture of the man and not use the photo image. Perhaps you could draw him in a suit?
