  Just to clarify... What are you looking for through this Contest - Architectural Design Style to apply for your House or Build-able Design??? Because you had rejected many Floor Plans which were as per your brief but you are considering Entries with only 3D Views (which will not speak about interior arrangement of Spaces). In General Practice we first get it approved Floor Plans & then work on 3D Views. Or else it will be like Designer Clothes with Random Size which might not be yours... Hope you got the point... All the Best!

     1 things more add heres lots of entry i saw came from goggle most of them didn't provide others view and also they haven't any floor plan so please make sure everything we tried to give floor plan as a first system step for design then provide 3d for external view thank you all btw it was a nice contest i enjoyed most thank you contest holder

     Yes, the general direction is good.
     
     However, I would have liked more balconies, especially in the level that is in the middle. I would also like to use more of the lot for the construction and also put the entrance on the 22m side.

  As you said road is adjacent to 22m side do we have to consider that as front and leave 4m throught the 22m side as per building rule terms or can we just choose where to leave 4m .do you need a car parking in the ground floor and if you need one can we provide it in 4m front
  setback as I saw Ground floor requirement only to be Living room, kitchen, bathroom.
