A new logo

I would like to have someone design a logo that looks like a target or bulls eye. The outside circle is RED. The next circle is white. The next circle is red. The inner circle is white with a black diamond in the center. The diamond is not like a stone or gem, but like the diamond on a playing card, except it is black. The text on the outer white circle at 12:00 has GREG DWYER. The text on the outer white circle at 6:00 has Sharpen Your Focus. My branding is red, black, and white. I have included an old logo just for reference. There is no need to copy it and would not like to see my initials inside the black diamond. In short, it is a target using white, red, white, with a black diamond in the center. It has my name at the top and my tag line at the bottom. It is important to me that the logo looks like a bulls eye or target. I also want people to see the logo not only as a target but as a eye with the black diamond as the center of the eye. The logo is all about FOCUS. It should be .png or .gif and the goal is to put it at the top left page of the web site. I am also thinking the logo with go top left on my web site on a white menu bar do the logo should blend in to the white menu bar. Also have strong feelings that if the logo is great and professional looking, I will spot light it right of the tap line of the web site which reads: "Sharpen Your Focus"
