UPDATE: New Requirements added, Budget Increased.

Mine is just a simple wordpress blog. http://www.parksbloggerontario.com/.
I feel my current design is over cluttered , I want to move to a very minimalistic design.

Requirement Overview:

Need Desktop, Mobile and Table View designs.
(If you want, you can first provide Desktop version, and after I review it and provide comments, you can go ahead and make Mobile and Tablet versions. )
Overall, I would like to keep very minimalistic design.
For now, I only have blog posts. But in the future, I am planning to introduce forum/discussion.
I also would like to continue keeping google adsense ads
