Contest Brief

Our engineering firm needs its full range of technical capabilities distilled into a visually striking A5 booklet. The booklet is intended for marketing and promotional use at trade fairs, client meetings, and digital distribution, so every spread must balance technical depth with an inviting, brand-consistent design.

Content & assets
• Copy, high-resolution photos, brand colours, and logo files are ready for transfer the moment the project begins.
• I’ll supply a rough page order and any mandatory compliance statements; everything else—layout hierarchy, typography, iconography, and infographics—comes from your creative direction.

Scope of work
– Develop a clean, modern layout that guides readers through our services, technologies, and company introduction.
– Create any custom graphics or diagrams needed to simplify complex data.
– Apply our colour palette and fonts consistently while leaving room for future content extensions.
– Prepare press-ready PDFs (CMYK, 3 mm bleed, embedded fonts) plus web-optimised PDFs.
– Deliver the editable source file in Adobe InDesign (or Illustrator if preferred), organised with clear layer naming.

Acceptance criteria
The final booklet prints edge-to-edge at true A5, exports without font or colour profile warnings, and reads smoothly in both print and screen formats.
