Please read carefully. To be able to do this job you must have ADVANCED and extensive photoshop skills and have experience with manual exposure blending. If you don't have extensive experience, it wont work.... you'll be wasting your time, and I want to be respectful of your time.

I'm a busy hotel photographer. I have a full time retoucher, but the amount of work exceeds what she and I can do... so I need another retoucher.

My hope is that there is someone out there who has experience doing this kind of thing:

-you'll be blending flash exposures, natural light exposures and room light exposures to make a finished image.
-beds must be perfect and wrinkle free. There can be no evidence of photoshoping anywhere
-images must look sophisticated and real. Crisp and vibrant. Rich, with directional lighting, and a healthy mix of shadow and highlight. See examples. Thats' the look I want.
-all lights must be turned on in final photo
-there shouldn't be blown out or hot areas
-there shouldn't be completely black areas
-it shouldn't look overly "flashy" or clinical or fake.
-look at the attached inspiration photos. The "look" of the finished image should resemble these.

If I'm lucky enough to find someone talented in this type of work, I can give you up to 20 images a week, in this same kind of style.
