Contest Brief

I am posting this in tattoo's as it's the closest subject to what I am needing.
I am in need of some Arabic translation and calligraphy. It needs to be done by somebody who can translate it correctly and NOT computer generated (I can tell) and can do calligraphy professionally.
This design will actually run downwards (top to bottom), black only and the words are:
