preparation:
(1) You need access to a native Windows 7 (VM will not work for this use case)
(2) Install Docker (docker.com)
(3) Build this container (https://github.com/shekhargulati/python-flask-docker-hello-world)

task:
(1) Write a batch file to automate the start of this docker container.
(2) Add a command to get its IP to batch file. (get IP of docker container).
(3) Add a command to start a browser (chrome) at the given IP.

test:
(1) Create a link to this batch file on your desktop. Make sure that no docker container is running. Double click on batch and check if chrome shows "hello flask"

winner:
(1) First working solution will get the prize.

Can I hardcode the IP address? When I'm starting the container, I can set the IP address.
