I need 2 flyers made for a rental house. The flyer should look like this http://tinyurl.com/ndsw9jl and the text of the flyer is attached.

The flyer should be 8.5 by 11 inches (215.9 mm x 279.4 mm) which is standard piece of paper.

We will pay $10 per design, there is 2 flyer so $10 * 2 = $20 .. you can use the same design.. it is just different text. So once you have the first one you can finish the second in a few minutes.
