Hi,

I plan to change my company logo which was used for more than 10 years. The main reason for change is my company logo (attachment : Logo.png) is not really suitable for online marketing because it is quite long. If I were use the logo only removing the company name and motto from the logo, the logo itself looks thin (because it is in the shape of house roof).

My company name is Mahligai Idaman and also known in my local area with MI shortform.

My requirement :
1. Produce a logo within a square fit
2. My idea is the logo is words MI representing my company name Mahligai Idaman. So even if I use the logo without the full name, people can still recognise from letters MI.
3. Preferably has some design pointing to the company being a house construction company (but not mandatory requirement).
4. Main colour are red and black. Can add white if suitable
5. Company motto 'Miliki Rumah Idaman Anda' like in the old logo is not mandatory. Only apply if suitable. If not the motto can be removed.

Files required :
1. Original vector file in illustrator format
2. Jpegs copy

I have included some designs made by a local designer but I'm not really satisfied? You can have a look at them in other attachments but please don't be constricted by them. If you can make it better take up the challenge.
