Yes, it will depend upon the selection. Therefore if user will select any of the above 4 stated dropdown entries then it will follow with the other questions such as roof, claims, and insurance related. But we can't show those option in first go.
I guess now we are onto same page and we understood what you are asking for. So please suggest whats next. Let me ensure you again that still if you will wish to make any other design related changes then that we will also do even if you will award us with this contest.
