Contest Brief

I need a very easy website. I don't even need the background to have any content or be any more than an image (which I already have to provide.)

What I need is for someone to visit the website and be prompted (via a pop-up box) to enter their email address. Once they enter the email address, they will automatically receive a free resource from my company. The free resource is attached and is called "TO Scorecard."

Here is what I would like the box to say:

Welcome to the Transparent Organization!

No Hierarchy. No HR. No Secrets. Endless Possibilities.
