Build a simple one page website with opt-in feature.

Urgent 1 day completion required!

Requirements:
Two separate websites, same design, different content and photos

www.DillonDelaney.com
Install at our web host godaddy.com and be functioning to be paid
Link the opt-in to our Mailchimp account
Wordpress template preferred but open to suggestions
Be mobile friendly
Link to our social media: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
Contact us/me email form linked to MailChimp
Support, Privacy, Terms, & Copyright at the bottom
Must have admin controls to update content etc.

Specific content provided upon award, but it’s simply “About”, optin text and photos.

Use www.mikedillard.com as theme, look, and feel.

It would be a BONUS if you could include a functioning blog page, but not if it impacts schedule/turn around time.

Whoever completes this task will have the first option to begin building the fully functioning upgrades that will replace this temporary page. We are loyal so future projects are also possible.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've done many projects, but I just started using contests and really like it so far. I prepaid the contest to "Guarantee" payment, so i'm not sure I can switch it to a project without losing money on the extra features i paid for. I can award it at any time and begin work immediately. Just looking for the right person to submit a proposal.

hello sir, you should post your requirement through a project. Not as a contest because you need a website urgent, but contest is different type of concept.
