Hi

I'm looking for a website template(including the codeing), where people can upload there photos and where the public can vote for the photos, my budget is small at this stage but if the website is successful, there will be more opportunities available. Please note each photo will.need a reference number when it is uploaded by public. I will also need the details of the parents to be added withe the photo as I will need to contact them if their baby is a winner

Don't worry to much about the Graphic design of the website i'm more interested in the Layout and the fact that people can upload their own photos and vote for them

The name off the site will be Dudes and Damsels
The following is the categorize for entries

0-3 Months
3-6 Months
6 - 12 Months
12-18 Months
18 -24 Months
