  Hello Don't worry about it. You just first check all design which you got after that you choose winner and then i finish your job before choose winner you just ask him to he finish all things or not that's clear nothing more. Thanks.

     You cant change this to a project. Now what you can do is select one entry as a winner and then that freelancer can start work. And when he/she finish the job, you can release the money. Same thing happened with one of our client and then he select us as a winner and then we start the job. And when we deliver the project, he released the money. You can ping us for more details.
