Theme should based on Classical dance form "Kuchipudi" also they are taking lessons in musical instruments and vocal. 3 sections should be dynamic news/events, gallery and courses/timetable. logo and graphics we can change after the selection of winning entry.

  So what if you turn this into a project. And make it in two halves. One the design and the other part will be development. Since you need News and other features and those are dynamic. And require database. And the freelancer contest are made for designs and stuff. Not exactly for code :)
