Contest Brief

Hi,
The contest is about building a website for Real estate company (KMR), located in Saudi Arabia.

Expected deliverable (Important):
- Code (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- 5 PSD's for slider images

Rule of the Context (To win you have to comply with below points):
1- The site has to support two languages (Arabic and English)
1-a- It means you have to design/create two CSS settings (for example, have two css files, or change directions based on css selector, see reference 1)

2- One page / "single page" website with the following sections:
2-a- Main page -> includes image slider
2-b- About Us -> includes (Objective + Vision + values + Mission)
2-c- Projects -> includes pictures of their work (please see attachments p1 p2 p3)
2.d- Contact Us -> includes form (name, email, cell phone, message) + location + google map location

3- Use CSS grid systems (any css framework will do this is accepted)
4- Website MUST be responsive. (you must show how it will look in mobile view as part of your bid)
5- Website designs and colors must be in the range of the logo colors (white, black, gray)
6- Include Slider + 5 images of their projects with marketing text (see attach dummy text) (Note: PSD must be submitted on the handover process)
7-Use Fonts: (English - ALLER) (Arabic - Al-Mohanad)
8- Link to the top feature
9- social icons
10- Wide design (Not boxed)
11- Fill the deign with dummy text (provided for arabic language)
