Contest Brief

We need a website like https://www.prixassurancevie.ca. We need just 2 pages as listed below

Colours must change (maybe not that much!) and the logo too. For the form please use Wufoo. The html must be nice as we will have to change part of the text ourselve. Please provide the price to do everything including the logo. We will give you the name to make the logo if you are chosen. Must be nice on mobile too as you can see on the links provided.
