Looking for a basic membership style site framework using Yii that will allow for uses to login with verification from MySQL DB. They will have a profile section they can edit. There will be content that can be accessed based on user levels, where item a they may have read/write (submit form) access but item b they may have read only access and item c no access at all. There will be sections where the general public or guest users have read access.

There must be an administrative section that can manage users and access controls.

Not looking for fancy visual output as we can do the design work, looking for the coding of the Yii structure/function.

This initial contest is for us to see your programming abilities in Yii. We have many projects in the upcoming future that will require Yii programming. This is your opportunity to be involved in these projects.
