Contest Brief

We need forms in Adobe Acrobat in corporate design (existing) for invoices (B2B and B2C), delivery notes and quotation sheet inclusive calculation and for automatic expansion for items in these documents. In german law is necessary for inquiry's to show the VAT extra for b2b and for b2c to. For the calculation we need following positions:

item, article-no., description; quantity, price per item amount (this calculated - multiplication of quantity and price per item) - this is in the heading for columns and on the end of the listed positions we would like for automatic calculation amount without VAT. Under the cell is for enter the discount from the cell prior. In the next cell under the prior cell is a calculated cell for additional VAT 19% of net amount - discount.

All documents shall have possibility translated in german and all field must have an automatic expansive about more than one page. The invoice-, delivery- and quotation number had a button (no printable) to push for a consecutive numbering.

Hi, I can create dynamic interactive pdf forms with the mentioned functions, but in a contest, designers can submit images only, so we can't show how the form works.
