Contest Brief

I am looking for a company logo for a Recruitment & Training agency. The business slogan is "Bringing people together". I like the concept of the two hands that make a heart when handshaking (please refer to the images), which connects with the slogan. However would like also to incorporate the people component also (please refer to the images), as the services draw from human resources. Just as an idea, three people icons, with the middle person cross handshaking the outer icons making a heart shape with the arms.

I would like to use the light blue in the heart image for the colour of the middle "people icon", however have not decided on the other colour for the outer icons; so I am open to suggestions.

Please note, I am open to different variations of people icons (generic person icon, not male or female based) and also ideas for the handshakes between all three people icons.
