  type in "cartoon {insert celebrity name here}" and see what comes up its not simply gonna just be a photo of them with a filter effect put over it

  don't just apply a filter effect on a photo, animate something draw it out almost like caricature but not as exaggerated, a cartoon, pretty simple concept...
