change photo settings like man of steel look

Contest Brief

Hi freelancers,

the goal is to change the photo called "e-man final" (check the file at https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/35224645/e-man%20final.IIQ ) so, that is has the same cool an heavy look, as you see it at the example mos01.jpg. (check the attachement)
I need the "e-man final" as a tiff image, that has the same color, light, cloud, lensflare and so on effect, as you see it in mos01 and mos02.

See the infos at "e-man 01.jpg" and compare it with mos01 and mos02. (check the attachement). Then take the raw IIQ file an built a tiff file, that has the same cool, heavy and modern look, as you see it in mos01 an mos02.
Set two little "Blink - flashlights" on the rings an the two hands at the "e-man final". One ring is on the womans hand, one ring on the mans hand
Is that possibel for you?
