Hi. My company is an online fitness and health company that offers workout, nutritious meal plans for healthy eating, and mindset lessons. So very similar to www.12wbt.com in this way.

We are looking for 4 words that represent the 4 components of the offering:
1. The workout part
2. The nutrition part (I'm trying to stay away from the word diet as this has negative connotations of starving yourself as opposed to just healthy eating. Also trying to stay away from the word 'eat' as this implies nothing - no really positive action around food.
3. Mindset side of changing your thinking / mindset / psychology
4. A word to represent the fact that we adopt a whole life context. That is we are a bit more holistic that 12wbt.com and see fitness in a whole life context. That is we want people to thrive and flourish in their whole life, not just fitness.

So think 'Move Nourish Believe' like Lorna Jane.
Or 'Mind Body Soul' like the magazine in Australia.
Here's some examples to date. I just don't think we've nailed it yet.

Bear in mind the words need to ideally be simple (the market for this is Asia) and also just flow and roll off the tongue so it can be catchy.
