Contest Brief

We are small team developing a platform and app that fits in the work force development and recruitment industry sector. The app and platform will have the following key functions:
• Allow users to build and input searches to find candidates for open roles/assignments
• Review applicants, see candidate profiles with work experience and skills
• Manage candidates, create short list, reject etc
• Track open searches, number of applicants,
• Review completed/historical searches
We are posting a competition for design ideas. You do not need to do a design. This is about creating a style board of new ideas you have on UI layout and functionality.
You can include your own ideas and designs or ones that you have seen that would suit this sort of platform. The purpose of the competition is to identify new ideas for style and functionality that we should incorporate into the platform. The winning selection will be voted by the team here (5 members, one vote each) as showing the identifying new and edgy ideas that would help the platform to capture a user’s attention.
The way you present the design ideas you have found will be important so take time to present well
The winning entry will be approached about performing a full design based on the ideas.
