Contest Brief

A concept design presentation for a small business centre required which will include conceptual site plan, conceptual floor plans, a 3d rendering, a concept brief explaining your design concept. You are open to use softwares or even hand sketch everything and even 3d rendering - No compulsions. Its all about the concept and not details and dimensions.
The requirments of the building are:
3 halls (exhibition/conference hall,training hall and meeting hall)and administrative block with:
10 office rooms
Front desk room to accomodate 20 persons,with attached bath room.
7 residential rooms(01 executive suite and 06 double Bed Rooms)with attached bath rooms,kitchen wardrobe to accommodate business representatives,dining and cafeteria hall.
a small library for business books
a proportionate building block for Bank Branch.
Space for vehicles parking to be planned for the business Centre in the basement.
Key features of the concept should be proper natural ventilation, maximum natural lighting in every space. green space at the end of each passage / vistas and lawns at different heights of the building (a hanging garden kind of concept). The building facade is also very important and must be innovative and extra ordinary.

      Maximum allowed no of stories is Basement , ground + 2 floors so 3 stories above basement in total...

    thank you for inviting me to this contest , it looks great and very interesting but it doesn't work this way to get a professional architecture results.

    i need to study a lot of things to get the full details and define what is the best concept for your project such as:

    - laws and codes
    - Environments
    - urban
    and couple of more things that i know most people don't even mention or care about

    But if i have learned anything in my years of experience is that "if anyone ignored one of the laws of the architecture , the client will end up in box , could look good from outside and inside but feels like a box "

    so please if you are interested in getting a real Architecture design , please make a project and send me an invite and i will start working on it and give it my full attention .

      Regarding your requirements there are building codes as the site located in the suburbs of the city and on the highway leading to another city, the environment is again suburban an hilly area

      I hate to admit it, but as an architect myself, I have to agree with MinaG..
      So: We're also willing to help you, but our principles follow the ones of durability and sustainability.
      For Design's Sake, please do atleast mention the name of the streets, I could use that alot. I could use google earth to see the site, and make a conprehensive proposal.
