Convert 2 icons to vector images

Contest Brief
We have 2 icons that need to be reproduced as vector images.
The original images are black and white but the black part of the image needs changing to yellow with RGB values R=255 G=241 B=0 (#FFF100). No background colour is required.
Finished files should be delivered as .ai .psd .eps .jpg and .png please.
The images for conversion are attached.
