iv tryed to convert it in to dfx , obj but it give me many parts more than 3000 part

i need it to be in 30 part miximam , with color for each part , like attached img

+ its too heavy , make it lighter less poly

convert it in to dfx or obj format
and i need the wings in 4 layers
the head 5 layers
the lines on the body 6 layers
body 6 layers " parts "
something like that
coz i need to animate it

try to make it the same imgs colors , and easy to move and rotate each part

Now I have converted it in object file with all different surfaces in place, rotating from center of mass ( no rigging ) . Now what ? How many polys you want it to be reduced to ?
