I know how to convert a pdf to word however with this document, the formatting and images are incorrect. Please correctly add all information and formatting onto a word document. Formatting and auto numbering must work properly when in word.

I have correctly converted the PDF file in WORD, but at the submission of the entry, it is not supporting the Word document submission (.doc/.docx).
