1600x2400 or 1563 x 2500 most used sizes. I've read this: "Make sure the file size is smaller than 2MB, or as small as possible. Amazon charges a digital delivery cost per ebook according to the size of the ebook file – which is paid by the author!"

There is no specific colour theme, and as for the size, I actually dont know how to see that :(. The book is written in Microsoft word and then saved as pdf, It would be the original settings for size as I have not tempered with it. If someone can guide me on who to see the size dimensions I would be appreciated.
