Contest Brief

I'm looking for a young enthusiastic Graphic Designer (or agency) to create a highly informative Photoshop tutorial.

I need the tutorial to cover 3 basic tools. (Any of your choice). Tutorial should last for around 5-10 minutes each tool, providing an example for each.

The target market is people new to Photoshop.

All ideas are welcome!
